Your packages are ready?

You deposit your effects directly with our agent at the port of embarkation: You deposit your packages (previously packaged by you) in our depot (only from Monday to Friday during the opening hours of the depot). We then calculate the actual volume / cubage which will be used as a basis for invoicing. You then file the customs documents necessary for the export of your packages.

Are your packages collected at home? < / strong> You determine with our carrier the day and time of the collection according to your availability. Once the collection is complete, your packages are taken to the depot where we determine the actual volume, which is the basis of invoicing.

We offer 2 to 3 monthly departures (if sufficient food) with a crossing duration varying between 20 and 32 days depending on the port of embarkation. < / p>

• Fos sur Mer (Port of Marseille) (around 20 days) : Natural port of exit from the great South of France.
• Saint-Nazaire (around 32 days) : 1h from Nantes and 1h30 from Rennes, the Port of Montoir de Bretagne-Saint-Nazaire covers the great West of France.
• Rouen (around 30 days) : Ideal for those who live in the North or the Paris region!

As soon as the ship leaves the embarkation port, we will send you a embarkation confirmation with the expected date of arrival of the ship.

1 / You are coming collect your packages at our depot : Once the groupage container has cleared customs and unloaded at the depot, you have a 7-day franchise / deadline to come and collect them.
2 / Your parcels are delivered to your home : Your packages are delivered a few days after their unloading / unloading. Our carrier makes an appointment for home delivery.

We offer two types of insurance as follows:

  • ALL RISKS insurance
  • “FAP Except” insurance < / strong>

The EXPEDOM advice : Check with your current auto insurer if maritime transport is part of your subscribed cover. If this is the case, your vehicle is already insured against the risks inherent in maritime transport! There is then no interest in taking out a second insurance with our services!

If you wish, we also offer you the possibility to pay us in 2 installments free of charge as follows:

  • Minimum deposit of 30% of the total amount when booking.
  • Balance before the withdrawal / receipt of your packages (Check not accepted)
